Healthy Families Monroe

Healthy Families is a home visiting program for pregnant women or moms who have an infant under the age of 3 months.

Nurse-Family Partnership

WIC

Monroe County WIC is a supplemental food and nutrition education program that serves pregnant, breastfeeding, postpartum women, infants, and children up to the age of five.
